We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or outages of third-party platforms such as social media networks or advertising providers.

While we aim to deliver effective marketing results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, or engagement levels.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created remain the property of SO Socially until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

SO Socially shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed notice periods.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
